Anton Angerer

Anton Angerer, Dr. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as President of SFC KOENIG and BAND-IT at IDEX, Anton leads two business units globally since April 2021. In August 2023, Anton assumed the role of Global Managing Director at BAND-IT IDEX. Previously, as Group CEO at XANDOR Automotive, Anton defined strategies for the turn-around of a new automotive supplier group. As Global CEO at Hemmelrath Lackfabrik GmbH, Anton successfully transitioned the company into a global business player before its sale to a Fortune 500 company. Additional roles include overseeing global sales and marketing efforts at Delphi and Faurecia, as well as leadership positions at Magna International. Anton holds a PhD in Production Science and Management from Technische Universität Graz and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
