Julien Pawlowski

Julien Pawlowski is a Talent Advocate at SFEIR since October 2022, focusing on recruiting for the Luxembourg team while also supporting the Strasbourg team. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, evaluating profiles, managing recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and preparing students for interviews through school interventions. Prior to SFEIR, Julien gained experience in talent acquisition at Davidson Consulting, as a Recruitment Officer at Adecco, and in event organization with CALME TOI Organisation. Julien also held a managerial role at Acticall Sitel France, overseeing a team of telemarketers. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from MBS School of Business and various relevant diplomas in administration and tourism.
