Shelby Rachleff

Shelby Rachleff is an experienced professional in the arts and grants management sector, currently serving as the Director of Grants & Programs at Westridge Foundation since August 2017, where support is provided for Film & Arts, Biomedical Research, Higher Education, and Community Resources.
