Sig Pangilinan

Sig Pangilinan has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Sig is currently employed as the Director of Accounting and Controller at SFJ Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In this role, they oversee the financial operations and accounting functions of the company.

Prior to their current position, Sig worked at 10x Genomics as an Assistant Controller from June 2019 to September 2022. During their time there, they were responsible for managing accounting operations, financial operations, and enforcing accounting policies and controls. Sig also oversaw the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation process.

Before joining 10x Genomics, Sig held various roles at Benefit Cosmetics. From February 2018 to June 2019, they served as the Americas Controller, supervising the daily operations of the Accounting department and managing the financial close process. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Controller, Americas from August 2015 to February 2018.

Sig's earlier career included working at Ernst & Young, where they held the position of Assurance Senior Manager from November 2004 to August 2015. In this role, they conducted financial statement audits for public and private companies, with a focus on the life science industry.

Sig started their career at EY as an Assurance Associate from November 2002 to July 2004.

Sig Pangilinan attended De La Salle University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. In 2013, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the California Board of Accountancy.
