Jerry Marshall serves as the Energy Manager at SfL+a Architects since July 2017, where responsibilities include establishing energy goals for various facilities, developing management procedures, coordinating energy conservation strategies, and leading energy conservation efforts within the design and construction communities. Previously, from July 2007 to July 2017, Jerry held the same title at Appalachian State University, achieving a significant 40% reduction in energy consumption and securing over $600,000 in grant funding for energy projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Physical Plant Director at National Management Resources Corporation from May 2005 to June 2007, overseeing maintenance and landscaping services. Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Organizational Leadership from Brevard College.
