Michelle Willard

Michelle Willard is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and business partnerships. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SFM - The Work Comp Experts since May 2018, Michelle previously held a similar role at KWS Services North America, supporting business operations in the U.S. from February 2016 to May 2018. Michelle spent over 25 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at American Family Insurance, where notable contributions included chairing the St. Thomas Multi-Cultural Forum Career Fair for four years.
