Christine Darciaux

Christine DARCIAUX has extensive experience in client relations and team management, currently serving as Manager Relation Clients Médiation at SFR Business since July 2006. In this role, Christine leads a team of eight advisors, specializing in legal assignments and handling complaints from various stakeholders including lawyers and consumer associations. Prior to this position, Christine managed a team of twelve in the Grand Accounts department, overseeing a diverse client portfolio spanning transportation and banking sectors. Previously at SFR from April 1996 to July 2006, Christine held roles including Responsable d'équipe Grand Public, focusing on customer relationship quality and retention strategies, as well as Chargée de clientèle, ensuring effective handling of client requests. Christine DARCIAUX holds multiple degrees, including a Licence in AES from Université de Franche-Comté and a specialization in International Trade from ESDE Lyon.
