Eve Bizet

Eve BIZET has extensive experience in operational management and training within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Responsable pôle formation opérationnelle at SFR since December 2018, Eve oversees the initial and continuous training programs while managing a team of six. Prior experience at Bouygues Telecom spanned from September 1997 to December 2014, where Eve held various roles, including Responsable communication opérationnelle, managing a team of 10 and coordinating communication projects across multiple regions. Responsibilities included piloting an intranet site for 4,500 customer advisors, managing a 300K€ annual budget, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction objectives were met. Eve also has experience in project management and team leadership, with a Master in Operational Management from ESSEC Business School obtained between 2015 and 2018.
