Sarr Ousmane has extensive experience in telecommunications project management, particularly in fiber optic deployment and client relations. Currently serving as Responsable de projets Marchés Publics - Développement de la Relation Client at SFR since October 2018, Sarr has previously held the position of Chef de projet for fiber optic deployment at Bouygues Telecom, managing national network operations and vendor coordination. Prior roles at Extia involved leading projects for SFR, including end-to-end deployment management and engineering solutions for clients and internal projects. Sarr began a career in telecommunications as an engineer focused on network infrastructure, after earning a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology in 2011.
