Luca Fiorina

Luca Fiorina's work experience includes being the Head of Talent Management at Schweizerischer Fussballverband SFV since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Department Manager Footeco SFA/SFV Footeco Chef from July 2018 to October 2020. Before their role at SFV, Fiorina worked at FC Zürich as the Technical Director of the Women's Department and Head Coach of the First Team from July 2017 to June 2018. Luca also served as the Head of the Youth Department Preformation and Head Coach of the U-15 FCZ Academy from July 2015 to June 2017. From October 2010 to July 2015, they were the Head of the Youth Department Preformation at FC St.Gallen 1879. Fiorina began their career as a Youth Coach at Grasshopper Club Zürich in March 2001 and worked there until June 2008. Luca also gained experience as an Assistant Coach of the U-17 National Team at Schweizerischer Fussballverband SFV from June 2008 to June 2010.

Luca Fiorina has a diverse education history with a focus on sports and marketing. In 1994-1996, they attended KV in Winterthur, where they received a degree in Spedition, Logistik, and Transporte as a Kaufmännischer Angestellter. Additionally, they earned a D.E.L.F - Diplôme d'Etudes en langue française, Degré 1 et 2 during the same time period.

In 2002, Luca attended FIDI Academy in Brussels and obtained a Diploma from FIDI Institute, specializing in the International Moving Industry.

From 2005-2006, they pursued a UEFA A-Lizenz / SFV A-Diplom at the Eidgenössische Hochschule für Sport in Magglingen, concentrating on Fussball.

Continuing their sports education, Luca joined the same institution from 2008-2009 and obtained a Diplom Fussball-Instruktor SFV.

In 2010, they attended KV Zürich Business School, where they studied Marketing, completing a MarKom degree.

In 2013-2014, Luca Fiorina enrolled in Eidgenössische Hochschule für Sport, Magglingen, focusing on Sport. Luca received a Trainer Leistungssport mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis, Trainer Leistungssport Swiss Olympic degree during this period.

Finally, from 2015-2016, Luca attended Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, pursuing a degree in Dipl. Sport Manager.
