Irena Snider

Irena Snider has extensive work experience in various industries. Irena most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at SG Credit Partners, a credit platform specializing in tailored credit solutions for lower middle market companies. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Director in the Fintech & Financial Services Investment Banking group at KBW, where they advised private and public companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and debt and equity placements. Irena also held the position of Vice President of Investment Banking at Raymond James, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for middle market companies. Before entering the finance industry, Irena worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP, where they advised multinational companies on cross-border tax planning and compliance strategies. Earlier in their career, they were a Tennis Professional for the WTA.

Irena Snider holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance, which they obtained from Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Accountancy degree in Accounting at the University of Mississippi from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their educational qualifications, Irena has several certifications including a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy, as well as licenses such as the Series 24, Series 63, and Series 7, obtained from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
