Brad Brooks started their work experience in 2009 as a Software Engineer at Future Tek Computer Solutions, where they worked as a contractor converting Legacy VB.NET code to C# ASP.NET pages linked to a SQL Server 2005 database. In 2010, they joined ExactMed Solutions as a QA Engineer/Software Developer/System Support, where they enhanced and supported a healthcare application written in Java. Brad also created scripts for automating ongoing support tasks. In 2001, Brad joined The Reynolds and Reynolds Company as a Senior Support Specialist, where they supported financial and accounting applications on UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms. Brad developed new programs and modified existing ones, and also created numerous Access and Crystal reports. Brad's most recent role is as a Development Engineer at Scientific Games Interactive, which they started in 2019.

Brad Brooks attended Kennesaw State University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems.
