Dilys Boey currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Workforce Singapore and holds multiple board memberships, including positions with SG Enable, the Singapore Food Agency, the Singapore Cancer Society, the Singhealth Fund, and Special Needs Trust Corporation. Previously, Dilys held the role of Deputy Chief Executive of Industry Clusters at Enterprise Singapore and served as a member of the Emerging Stronger Taskforce under the Future Economic Council. Dilys's extensive experience in leadership includes a tenure as Partner and ASEAN People Advisory Leader at EY from January 2004 to June 2020, as well as Regional Business Manager at Intel Corporation from 2002 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Human Resources from the National University of Singapore.

SG Enable seeks to enable persons with disabilities to live, learn, work and play in an inclusive society. The focal agency for disability in Singapore, it raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives.
