Danielle Fotopoulos

Danielle Fotopoulos has a strong background in the fashion industry with experience spanning over several companies. In their most recent role as Design Director at The SG Companies since 2018, they lead a team in creating innovative sleep and lounge products for various retail tiers. Prior to this, they served as the Girls Design & Merchandise Director at Komar for a brief period in 2018. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Merchandiser/Design Director at Freeze CMI, where they focused on licensed children's wear for different types of stores. Danielle also worked at LF Distribution Holding Inc. as a Senior Designer from 2009 to 2013, specializing in play-wear and outerwear for girls. Before that, they were a childrenswear designer at Kids Headquarters from 2003 to 2009, with a focus on play-wear for mass market retailers. Their early experience includes working as a Designer at Garan, where they designed infant and toddler girls' play-wear for Walmart. Danielle's expertise lies in product development, team management, and collaborating with buyers and licensors in the fashion industry.

Danielle Fotopoulos completed an AAS degree in Fashion Design at Cazenovia College from 1996 to 1998. Danielle then pursued a BFA degree in Illustration & Design at Syracuse University from 1998 to 2000.
