Leon Ramselaar

Leon Ramselaar's work experience includes serving as a Board Member at Stichting Pensioenfonds Atos starting in 2021. Leon also worked as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Silver Psychologie since 2016, overseeing the activities of the Board of Management and managing external relations.

Additionally, Ramselaar was an Advisor to the Board at Sencilia BV from September 2021 and a Member of the Board of Advisors at RUG Ventures starting in August 2021.

In the past, Ramselaar served as a Transformation Manager at Pro Nautas B.V. from June 2018 to November 2020, where their responsibilities included revitalizing the Pro Nautas Group and integrating with Buss Data. Leon held the same role at Buss Data GmbH during the same period.

Furthermore, Ramselaar was the Managing Partner at Praetimus from January 2011 to July 2020. Leon also worked as the Director of Operations and Transformation at Radio Holland from July 2015 to June 2018 and as the Operations Manager at Abis Shipping from June 2012 to June 2015, both roles being through their position at Praetimus.

Additionally, Ramselaar served as the Managing Director at Stichting Thuiszorg H+B from January 2011 to May 2015 and was responsible for transforming the company into an attractive takeover candidate, resulting in a successful acquisition at a premium compared to peers.

Leon Ramselaar completed their education in a chronological order. Leon first attended Leiden University from 1978 to 1984, earning a Master of Science degree in Physics. Leon then pursued further education at Delft University of Technology from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree, also in Physics. Later, from 1989 to 1991, Leon Ramselaar attended Open Universiteit and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.

Additionally, Leon Ramselaar obtained two certifications. In October 2020, they completed a program called "De Moderne Toezichthouder" at NVTZ Academie. Following that, in March 2022, they obtained the certification "Geschiktheid bestuurder Pensioenfonds" from SPO.
