Ryan William Frosch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ryan William currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at S&G Stores starting in August 2021. Prior to this, Ryan was Vice President and Head of Investment Banking Campus Recruitment, Americas at Nomura from March 2014 to August 2021. Ryan William retired during this period but is now reentering the workforce.

From 2010 to 2013, Ryan worked at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held various roles including Vice President of Resourcing North America, Vice President of Learning & Development, and HR Specialist in Learning & Development. Ryan William was responsible for designing and implementing learning and development strategies, leadership development programs, and organization development solutions.

Before that, Ryan was a Vice President of Human Resources at Hudson Advisors, LLC from July 2009 to May 2010. In this role, they developed and managed a comprehensive human capital and organizational development platform, implemented a new applicant tracking system, and reduced agency recruitment costs through an employee referral program.

From 2006 to 2008, Ryan worked as a Vice President and HR Business Partner at Wachovia, providing HR support to front-office employees across various departments. Prior to that, they held several roles at Bank of America, including GCIB HR Generalist, Leadership Development Associate, and LD Performance Improvement Analyst.

Ryan also gained experience as a Graduate Intern in the Staffing Practices Assessment Team at Bank of America in 2002.

Ryan William Frosch, B.A., M.A., earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Family Studies, from Miami University. Ryan William attended Miami University from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Ryan pursued further academic development and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Ryan William completed their master's degree program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology from the year 2001 to 2002.
