Colleen Reilly

Colleen Reilly is an experienced project manager currently working at Sg2 since April 2022, where responsibilities include supporting member onboarding and overseeing product implementation to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Prior to Sg2, Colleen held the position of Claims Manager and Chief Claims Officer at Empathy Claims™ from November 2013 to March 2022, managing a national network of adjusters and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to achieve claim settlements. Colleen's academic background includes a Master of Arts in English from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral and Religious Studies from Mater Ecclesiae College, where Colleen also served as a Professor's Assistant, Academic Advisor, and engaged in various student leadership roles.
