Paula Zalucki

Paula Zalucki, FACHE, FACMPE, currently serves as Associate Principal at Sg2 since July 2023, focusing on enterprise and physician strategy, capacity planning, and growth strategies. With extensive experience in healthcare consulting, Paula has held senior management roles at Accenture, ECG Management Consultants, and Berkeley Research Group LLC, where expertise included health performance improvement and physician practice management. Previous positions also encompass roles at Deloitte, Salus Strategy Group, and Jupiter Medical Center, where Paula led various initiatives in physician services, strategic planning, and community health. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. Paula is recognized for leadership within the American College of Healthcare Executives, having served as Regent and President of chapters in North Texas.
