Melanie De Caprio has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Melanie started their career as a Business Analyst at Forsythe Technology in 2006. Melanie then worked at Dowd Marketing as the Marketing & Business Development professional, where they successfully implemented trade show and event lead generation strategies.

In 2008, they co-founded and became the COO of eCommerce Architects, growing the business rapidly and leading the web marketing department. Melanie later joined Fishman Marketing as the Vice President of Digital Marketing, where they focused on executing marketing strategies and ensuring projects were completed efficiently.

Melanie's entrepreneurial spirit led their to found their own marketing agency, New Sky Strategies, Inc., in 2011. The agency specialized in various aspects of digital marketing and website design, serving over 200 clients and delivering successful marketing projects.

Melanie continued to gain industry experience by working as an Advisory Board Member for Integra Rehab Solutions LLC, providing marketing management consulting for business growth. Melanie then joined Thumbies® & Buddies™ Keepsakes as the Vice President of Marketing, where they handled strategy, plan creation and execution, and brand and product launches, among other responsibilities.

Currently, Melanie holds the role of Vice President Marketing at SG360°, a Segerdahl company, which is the third-largest direct mail solutions provider in the U.S. In this position, they oversee various marketing functions such as marketing optimization, direct mail production, digital marketing, postal optimization, and logistics.

Throughout their career, Melanie has demonstrated expertise in marketing, digital marketing, website development, brand messaging, and strategic planning, and has successfully executed projects while prioritizing client needs and business goals.

Melanie De Caprio has a solid education history. Melanie obtained their Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Education from National Louis University between the years 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from North Central College from 1997 to 2001, with a concentration in Mathematics and Economics. Melanie's secondary education was attained at Lincoln-Way High School between 1993 and 1997. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Certified Social Media Strategist from Social Media Magic University in October 2009.
