Leanne Burklow

Leanne Burklow has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Leanne has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Director of Human Resources at GreenbergFarrow, Senior HR Leader at BHRC, and Human Resources Director at LS3P Associates Ltd. Leanne has also served as a Human Resources Manager at TI Automotive, First Solar, and Federal-Mogul Powertrain. Leanne has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR programs, managing recruitment and talent management, and building strong relationships with executive teams. Leanne'sexpertise spans various industries, including architecture, construction, automotive, and renewable energy.

Leanne Burklow obtained a Master of Science degree in Communication Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and Psychology from the same university from 1990 to 1994. Leanne completed their high school education at James B. Conant High School from 1986 to 1990. Leanne also holds several additional certifications, including being certified in the Judgement Index from Judgment Index in May 2020, certified as a TopGrading Facilitator from Topgrading in October 2007, and certified as a DDI (Development Dimensions International) Facilitator in June 1998.
