Steve Way

Steve Way is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and staffing. Since June 1999, Steve has served as the Managing Director and Partner of Research at SGA Talent, where responsibilities include overseeing research initiatives and providing talent advisory services. In January 2023, Steve took on the role of Partner and Staffing Consultant at SGA H Care Staffing, further enhancing expertise in staffing solutions. Steve is an alumnus of Gloversville High School, having attended from 1994 to 1997, and has pursued education at Fulton Montgomery Community College.
