Anna Lennox

Anna Lennox has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Head of Human Resources at SGS. In this role, they lead a team of six HR professionals and oversees payroll. Prior to SGS, Anna worked as the Human Resources Manager at Oji Fibre Solutions, where they managed a team of four and provided HR support for multiple sites in New Zealand. Anna also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at KiwiRail, where they partnered with operational managers, handled employee relations and union issues, and managed performance and development processes. Anna's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Advisor at Heat Treatments Ltd, an HR Consultant at UPS and Amdocs, and a Human Resources Manager at Webhelp.

Anna Lennox completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2001 to 2003. Anna also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Canterbury with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing.
