Grzegorz Fert

Greg Fert has extensive experience in finance and shared services. Grzegorz (Greg) has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Greg was the Vice President Finance and Global Head of Finance Shared Service Centers at SGS, where they were responsible for enhancing process efficiency and driving digital transformation. Prior to that, they were the EMEA Center Leader at Solenis, overseeing global shared services. Greg also served as the Director of Europe Shared Services at Xylem Inc., leading the implementation and delivery of the European Financial Shared Service Center. Grzegorz (Greg) began their career at Mars, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager, Finance Director/CFO, Supply Chain Finance Manager, Financial Planning Manager/Accounting Manager, and Management Trainee/Accounting & Treasury Manager. Greg also worked as a Finance Trainee at Tchibo and as a Merchandiser at Diageo.

Grzegorz (Greg) Fert has a Post Graduate degree from the Management Faculty at the University of Warsaw. Grzegorz (Greg) also holds a Master's Degree from the Management and Marketing Faculty at Krakow University of Economics. In addition, they have a certification as a Księgowy from the Ministry of Finance of Poland.
