Ritesh Dewan, P. Eng, M. Eng has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ritesh has held positions such as Director of Sales & Business Development, Global Metallurgy & Consulting Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Regional Product Support Manager, Project Metallurgist, Process Engineer & Statistical Analyst, Product Design & Development Engineer, and Research Intern. Ritesh has worked for companies such as SGS, Tega Industries, Metso, Orway Mineral Consultants, Arcelormittal Mines Canada, Gummi-Metall-Technik GMT, Arcelor-Mittal Research SA, and DLR. Throughout their career, they have been involved in tasks such as technical sales, business development, product support, project management, process optimization, research, and design.

Ritesh Dewan holds a Masters degree in Materials & Process Engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College from 1998 to 2002.
