Dan Debicella

Dan Debicella has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dan began their career at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from 2000 to 2005. Dan then worked at PepsiCo as a Director of Strategy from 2005 to 2008. From 2007 to 2011, Dan served as a State Senator in Connecticut. Dan later joined Bridgewater Associates as a Senior Transformation Lead from 2011 to 2014. After that, they worked at Young's Market Company as an Executive Vice President, responsible for Strategy and Transformation, from 2014 to 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Dan held the position of Senior Vice President, Strategy & Transformation at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC. Currently, they are working as the Chief Transformation Officer at SGS & Co, starting from 2022.

Dan Debicella attended The Wharton School from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a BS degree in Finance. Dan also briefly attended Harvard Business School in 1999-2000, but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study during that time.
