Justin Schauer

Justin Schauer has held various roles throughout their career. Justin started at Sidley Austin in 2000 as an Associate and later moved to McGuireWoods LLP as an Associate in 2002. In 2004, they joined Circuit City Stores, Inc. as an Associate General Counsel until 2009. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at NeuStar, Inc. as an Assistant General Counsel. Since 2017, Schauer has been with SGS & Co, where they have held positions such as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Justin briefly served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022.

Justin Schauer completed their LL.M. degree in Banking and Finance Law at Boston University School of Law in 2000. Prior to that, they attended The University of Law from 1996 to 1999, earning a CPE/LPC degree in Law. Justin completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia from 1991 to 1994, receiving a B.A. in English. Justin also attended Woodberry Forest School, although the specific dates and degrees obtained are not provided.
