Frederic Lemaire

Frederic Lemaire has a diverse work experience, starting as a Financial Analyst Trainee at Clinvest in 1997. Frederic then worked as an Account Manager at Caisse d'Epargne Ile-de-France in 1998. In 1999, they became a QA Engineer at Syscom. Frederic joined Atos Euronext in 2000, initially as a Clearing Business Analyst and later as a Project Manager. From 2002 to 2009, Frederic worked at FIS, where they held multiple roles including Head of Projects & Product Development for the SEA, India Region, Head of QA and Projects - Pre-Sales Buy-Side, and Project Manager for Euronext Market Specialist. Since 2009, they have been with SGX, first serving as Head of Business Analysis - PMO and currently as the Head of Products & Platforms Delivery - Securities. Frederic'sresponsibilities at SGX include defining roadmaps, leading strategic plans, evaluating technology solutions, and overseeing the securities trading and post-trade systems.

Frederic Lemaire completed their education with a Master's degree in Management from Ecole Superieure de Commerce Bordeaux (now Kedge Business School), France, from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universite Versailles St-Quentin, France, in 1994-1995. In addition, Frederic has acquired several certifications including "FinTech Innovation and Transformation in Financial Services" from the National University of Singapore in 2022, "Python for Non-Programmers" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance in early 2022, and "Business Risk Management" from the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore in 2019.
