Aleksandras Kovganko

Aleksandras Kovganko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, support services, and broadcasting. Currently serving as a Radio Host and Producer for LRT's shows "Rapsodija" and "Gastromuzika" since October 2022, Aleksandras also works as a Products Operations Manager at ConnectPay, overseeing product support teams and managing stakeholder relations since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations Manager and Desktop Support Engineer at Barclays Group Operations Lithuania, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations, technical support, and collaboration across departments. Aleksandras began the career in customer service and IT support roles at Transcom, Barclays Technology Centre Lithuania, and East-West Consulting Lietuva.
