Roderick Martin

Roderick Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roderick is currently working as the Head of Corporate Development at SGX Group since July 2023. Before that, they held roles at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) including Group Head of Corporate Development from June 2022 to July 2023, Group Head of Strategy, Data & Analytics from February 2021 to June 2022, Head of Strategy, ISD from January 2019 to February 2021, and Managing Director from September 2016 to January 2019. Prior to their tenure at LSEG, Roderick worked at Barclays Investment Bank as a Director in Index, Portfolio and Risk Solutions from March 2010 to July 2016, and before that, as a Lawyer from September 2005 to March 2010. Roderick started their career as a Lawyer at DLA Piper from September 2001 to March 2005.

Roderick Martin attended Maidstone Grammar School from 1989 to 1994 but did not earn a degree at this institution. Roderick then went on to study at the University of Birmingham from 1994 to 2001, where they obtained a postgraduate degree in History and Law.
