Kristina Grahn Persson

Kristina Grahn Persson is an experienced professional in human resources and sustainability, currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Areim and as a board member for Sh bygg, sten och anläggning AB. With a long history at Diös Fastigheter, Kristina held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Sustainable Business and Head of Human Resource and Sustainability, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing sustainability initiatives, HR strategies, and digital property development. Kristina is also involved in the nomination committee for Samling Näringsliv and has served as a board member for Jämtkraft AB. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Mid Sweden University.
