Grace Moncrief has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Grace began their career at W Hotels in 2007, where they held various roles in human resources, including Human Resources Assistant and Coordinator. Grace then became a Human Resources Manager at W NY - Downtown and W NY - Times Square. In 2013, Grace joined Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Human Resources for Viceroy Hotel Group. Grace later moved to 1 Hotels in 2016, starting as the Director of People Operations and eventually becoming the Area Director of People Operations. Currently, Grace is working at SH Hotels & Resorts as the Corporate Director of People Operations, a role they began in 2023.
Grace Moncrief received their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from California State University, Chico, between the years 2002 and 2006.
