Janell Strube

Janell Strube has over 35 years of work experience in finance and tax consulting. Janell started their career as a Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche in 1985 and worked there for 10 years. In 1995, they joined Kerzner International as the Senior Vice President of Global Tax and Finance, where they were responsible for the company's tax strategy, risk assessment, and audit defense. Janell held this role for over 20 years until 2017 when they became self-employed as a Corporate and International Tax Consultant. In 2018, they joined Montage Hotels & Resorts as the VP of Finance Strategic Initiatives and Business Services. Currently, they are the VP of Global Tax, Payroll, and Compliance at SH Hotels & Resorts, a position they have held since 2022. Throughout their career, Janell has demonstrated expertise in tax planning, monitoring tax laws, and advising executive management.

Janell Strube earned their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside between 1983 and 1985. Janell later pursued a Masters degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University, completing it between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, they obtained the Enrolled Agent certification from the Department of Treasury.
