Miles Raile

Miles Raile is an experienced hospitality management professional with a focus on banquet and in-room dining operations within upscale hotel environments. As the Director of Banquets at 1 Hotels from February 2018 to January 2024, Miles specialized in optimizing employee schedules, controlling payroll, and managing equipment costs to ensure successful event execution and adherence to service standards. Prior to this role, Miles served as Senior Banquet Manager at Union Square Events with Exclusive Catering at the Conrad New York from September 2014 to January 2018, and as Event Coordinator for the Marcus Samuelsson Group from July 2012 to September 2013.
