Richa Chauhan

Richa Chauhan has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Richa is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Shaadi.com since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Performance Management and HR Transformation at The Good Glamm Group from September 2021 to July 2022.

Richa also worked at dhani, where they held multiple roles including Deputy General Manager HR for Dhani Healthcare Unit and Business HR for the technology division at PAN India level from November 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Zonal Head Human Resource for South & West at dhani from June 2017 to November 2020. Richa has expertise in Talent Acquisition, Strategic HR, Change Management, and Employee Relations.

Richa has also worked at Euphoria Technologies Pvt Ltd as the Delivery Head for RPO Solutioning and Delivery in 2017, and at PropTiger.com as an HR Manager from June 2015 to September 2016. Richa started their career at HCL Technologies as an Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition from April 2013 to May 2015.

Richa also gained experience in Global Hiring and Talent Acquisition at Samsung SDS from March 2011 to March 2013. In 2009, they worked as a Sr. HR Executive at XECUTE HR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they were involved in talent acquisition and worked at client locations such as Comviva Technologies and Ericsson India Pvt Ltd.

Richa Chauhan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Botany/Plant Biology at Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University from 2004 to 2007. Richa then pursued an MBA with a focus on Human Resource at Skyline Business School from 2007 to 2009.
