Jake Zur

Jake Zur has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer/AI Researcher at Shade Inc. Jake also served as a Quantitative Analyst at Michigan Investment Group during the same year. In 2021, Jake founded JAMZ Studios, an app development company, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, in 2020, they worked as an Algorithmic Trader, focusing on researching and trading cryptocurrencies, and incorporating artificial intelligence neural networks into their trading program. In 2022, Jake also worked as a Freelance Software Developer for Via Motif, developing programs to streamline purchase order processes. In 2021, they interned at the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience, initially as a High School Summer Intern, where they created data analysis software, and later as a Laboratory Technician, where they focused on machine learning and image analysis.

Jake Zur attended The Benjamin School from 2018 to 2022. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Michigan in 2022. Jake is currently pursuing two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Mathematics and the other in Computer Science. Their expected graduation year is 2026.
