Monte Thue has extensive experience in engineering and project management, specializing in embedded avionics for commercial and military customers. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Shadin Avionics, Monte has previously held directorial positions at QLogic and staff engineer roles at ATK. Starting their career as a Development Engineer at Honeywell/Ordnance, Monte has a strong background in developing customer-funded and internal products with identified deliverable milestones.
