Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Shadin Avionics, Monte has previously held directorial positions at QLogic and staff engineer roles at ATK. Starting their career as a Development Engineer at Honeywell/Ordnance, Monte has a strong background in developing customer-funded and internal products with identified deliverable milestones.
