Jonathan Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonathan is currently the Sales Operations Manager at Seesaw Learning since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Spireon as the Sr. Director of Sales Operations from July 2019 to April 2022, and as the Director of Sales Operations from April 2016 to July 2019. Before joining Spireon, Jonathan worked at Shea Properties as the Senior Community Manager from August 2015 to March 2016, and as the Community Manager from June 2014 to August 2015. Jonathan also briefly took on the role of Revenue Manager/Asset Manager for the Shea Properties portfolio from October 2014 to February 2015. Earlier in their career, Jonathan served as a Community Manager at Equity Residential from March 2013 to March 2014. Jonathan gained experience at Archstone as an Assistant Community Manager from January 2012 to March 2013, and as an Associate from May 2010 to January 2012. Jonathan initially started their career as an Associate at Archstone in August 2009. Before transitioning into the corporate world, Jonathan worked as a Kitchen Server at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group from June 2008 to May 2009 and as an intern at Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron from February 2007 to May 2007. Throughout their various roles, Jonathan has demonstrated skills in sales operations, community management, financial reporting, market research, and lease negotiations.
Jonathan Nichols completed a Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Administration at Boston University from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they also studied Hospitality Administration/Management at Auckland University of Technology for a brief period. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's of Science in Real Estate from Baruch College.
