Austin Kucks has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Shadow Ridge Country Club since July 2017. Prior to this role, Austin held the position of Director of Catering at Hy-Vee, Inc. from September 2014 to July 2017, and before that, worked as a Wine and Spirits Manager at Kroger from May 2009 to September 2014, where responsibilities included inventory management and customer service. Austin also served as a Bakery Manager, overseeing staffing and production, and as a Shop Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, focusing on product quality and employee training. Earlier experience includes the role of Event Coordinator/Event Manager at Renaissance Mansion, where event management and client communication were key responsibilities.
