Manoj Vardhineni

Manoj Vardhineni's work experience includes roles at Shadowfax, MFine, and StackRoute.

At Shadowfax, they worked as an Associate Director of Devops and Cybersecurity, where they provided technical leadership to the site reliability engineering, devops, and security teams. MANOJ was responsible for researching, architecting, and driving complex technical solutions, including building the Kubernetes platform from scratch and migrating monolithic applications to Kubernetes.

At MFine, Manoj served as a Senior Devops Engineer and later as a DevOps Engineer. In these roles, they configured an openvpn setup with multi-factor authentication, built a logging system for the entire platform using ELK and EFK, and implemented a highly available and fault-tolerant Kubernetes setup using technologies like Helm and ISTIO.

During their time at StackRoute, they worked as a Devops Engineer on various projects under the EKSTEP foundation, founded by Nandan Nelikeni. MANOJ containerized standalone applications using Docker and built orchestration for all services using Docker swarm.
