Rakshitha R. has an extensive and diverse work experience. Rakshitha started their career as a Visual Designer at Meduhub in 2017, where they coordinated with subject matter experts and created visuals for the medical eLearning portal. Rakshitha also worked as a Digital Marketing Artist during their time there. In 2019, they joined Hair And Skin Factory as a Graphic Designer before moving on to Shadowfax. At Shadowfax, they initially worked as a Graphic Designer and then transitioned to the role of Associate Lead Designer. In this role, they handled communication projects for the delivery rider app, including app notifications, creative gifs, and social media creatives. Rakshitha also contributed to various events organized by the company. Currently, Rakshitha holds the position of Lead Graphic Designer at Shadowfax, where they are responsible for creating visually appealing designs across print and digital mediums. Rakshitha works closely with clients and team members to execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and communication goals. Additionally, they manage and mentors junior designers, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and on time.

Rakshitha R. completed their diploma in visual media and design from Wiztoonz College of Media & Design from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended BMS College for Women from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued PUC in PCMB. Rakshitha also obtained additional certifications, including Adobe Premiere Pro CC Masterclass: Video Editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects - Motion Graphics & Data Visualization from Udemy in 2023 and 2021 respectively. Rakshitha also completed the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in 2021.
