Saurabh Jha

Saurabh Jha is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Lead - Sort Centre at Shadowfax since February 2022, responsible for ensuring the timely processing and sorting of shipments across various regions. Prior to this role, Saurabh worked at RIVIGO as an Operation Executive, overseeing 17 clusters nationwide to minimize damage, exchange, pilferage, and shortage through root cause analysis. Saurabh's experience also includes serving as Fleet Operations Manager at Swiggy, where management of over 200 delivery executives led to significant improvements in service level agreements, while also mitigating order cancellations and issues.
