Tapan Swain

Tapan Swain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Manager of Central Operations at Shadowfax since October 2021, responsibilities include overseeing reverse logistics, key account management, and loss control. Previously held multiple leadership roles at Ola from August 2014 to September 2021, where Tapan focused on fleet acquisition, operational efficiency, and managing significant teams in the Mumbai region. Tapan's career also includes a tenure at Veritru International Limited, where new client acquisition and customer grievance management were key responsibilities. Tapan holds a PG Diploma in Management with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management and is pursuing further studies in the same field at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur.
