Sally Sherwood

Sally Sherwood is a skilled Visual Effects Artist with extensive experience in the film and television industry. Currently serving as the Lead Compositor at ShadowMachine since August 2021, Sally contributed to Guillermo Del Toro's Pinocchio. Previous roles include VFX artist at LAIKA, LLC, and compositor positions at Refuge - Visual Effects and Animation for the TV show Grimm, as well as remote work for Adidas commercials at Sockeye. Sally's notable achievements include warping humans into monsters for Grimm at Bent Image Lab, creating special effects for Soul Surfer's opening credits, and compositing for films such as Tarsem Singh's Immortals and Death Race. Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, complemented by education at Gnomon.
