Katherine Prestileo

Katherine Prestileo is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Since June 2015, Katherine has served as a Post Anesthesia Care Nurse and RN-IVF Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility, collaborating with the fertility team to manage patient treatment cycles and providing education to couples on medication administration. Prior to this role, Katherine worked at Howard County General Hospital as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, where responsibilities included caring for pregnant patients, monitoring fetal heart rates, and supporting families through critical situations. Katherine began nursing career in oncology and medical surgical departments, implementing care plans and managing patient needs. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University in 2012.
