John Ashlock is an experienced Engineer Tech IV at Shafer, Kline and Warren since September 2005, serving as an NCCER and Veriforce Performance Evaluator responsible for evaluating employee qualifications for pipeline operations. Ashlock holds certifications as NACE CP 1, NACE CIP Level 1, and as a Certified Pipeline and Compressor Station Welding Inspector, overseeing the installation of steel pipeline facilities in compliance with CFR Parts 191-192. Prior to this role, Ashlock worked as a Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Inspector for the Kansas Corporation Commission from October 1987 to July 2002, conducting audits, incident investigations, and enforcing federal regulations while ensuring compliance with the Kansas Underground Damage Prevention Act.
