Karen Baines

Karen Baines is the Director of Group Marketing & Communications at Shaftesbury PLC. Karen has previously worked as the Head of Marketing & Communications at the Heart of London Business Alliance from April 2009 to May 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading, developing, and delivering the 5 year Communications & Marketing Strategy for the company. This strategy encompassed Consumer Marketing, Business Engagement, Corporate Governance, Corporate Marketing, Stakeholder engagement, as well as public affairs for the area and Company.
