Tess Farley

Tess Farley is an Associate Attorney at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., specializing in family law and employment law in New Hampshire and Maine since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tess served as a Staff Attorney at Pine Tree Legal Assistance, Inc. focusing on family law and victim rights, and held legal externships at the ACLU of New Hampshire and New Hampshire Legal Assistance. Tess gained internship experience at Pregnancy Justice, CASA of NH, and Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, alongside a grant coordinator position with AmeriCorps VISTA at the Rhode Island Free Clinic. Tess holds a Juris Doctor degree from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Government from Colby College.
