Zahid Hasan

Zahid Hasan has a strong background in IT and database management. From 2011 to present, they served as the Vice President and In-Charge of the IT Division at Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, where they installed, configured, and maintained ULTIMUS-Core-Banking Oralce 11g R2 RAC databases. ZAHID also tuned Red Hat to optimize the database's performance and implemented ORACLE-ASM technology.

Prior to that, Zahid worked at Eastern Bank Limited from 2008 to 2011 as a Database Associate Manager & Senior Principal Officer. During this time, they installed, configured, and maintained UBS-Core-Banking Oralce 10g RAC databases and tuned Red Hat for optimal performance. ZAHID also implemented ORACLE-ASM technology with EMC storage.

From 2006 to 2008, Zahid worked at BASE Limited as an Oracle DBA & Enterprise Engineer. Here, they successfully implemented Oracle 10g Real Application Cluster (RAC) on Red Hat Linux 4 to meet Banglalink's requirements.

ZAHID also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, India, which they completed from 1996 to 1999.
