Jai Mavani leads Shapoorji Pallonji Group’s M&A, Family Affairs and Strategic Finance functions. He is actively involved in new initiatives for the Group. Presently, he is on the Board of several companies of the Group including the parent company, Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Pvt. Ltd., Forbes and Co. Ltd., Eureka Forbes Ltd., Shapoorji Pallonji Finance Pvt. Ltd., SP Ports Pvt. Ltd., and Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure Capital Co. Pvt. Ltd.
Prior to Shapoorji Pallonji, he was a partner with a global consulting firm heading their Infrastructure and Real Estate practice nationally. Through his career, spanning almost three decades, he has advised several global corporations, funds and Indian corporate houses on M&A and restructuring transactions. During his consulting phase, he has also led teams which helped several India-centric companies list on overseas stock exchanges.
