Mark Deppe

Mark Deppe is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in problem-solving and operational excellence, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Shainin since September 2023. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at General Motors from March 1995 to December 2023, including Operational Excellence Master Problem Solver and Global Infotainment Quality Reliability & Durability Manager, where responsibilities included managing warranty claims and leading operational excellence initiatives. Mark also worked as a design engineer for GM chassis components and served in supervisory and engineering roles in earlier positions. Mark's career began in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. Educational qualifications include a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, a Master of Arts in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Webster University, and completion of a program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
